How do I make a return?Updated 2 months ago
Wildfox prides itself on offering the highest quality merchandise while fulfilling customer orders accurately! If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase simply return the unused item in its original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of purchase and we will provide you with a full refund (minus any shipping/return charges). Returns must be in original condition and in all their original packaging. Wildfox will not accept return items with any signs of wear or with any of the original tags not included.
All Fragrance, SALE items, swimwear, and gift card purchases are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
- Any items purchased from any other retailer other than Wildfox.com cannot be exchanged or returned. Please contact the original retailer.
- Replacement orders can be returned for store credit only.
- Lost packages that indicate “delivered” on the tracking number will have to be contacted FedEx and file a claim, as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package.

3. Choose the item you wish to return
4. Choose the reason for your return
5. Click “Next”
6. Select how you would like us to proceed.
- Option 1: Replace with the same item.
- Option 2: Exchange for other items or refund directly.
7. Click "Next" to add more items to your return.
8. Once finalized, a pre-paid return label will be provided to you for processing.
